THE BUSINESS
Precision Home Inspections LLC is based out of Old Lyme, CT proudly serves both Connecticut and Rhode Island. We take great pride in working for our clients and protecting their investment. Every inspection is performed with thoroughness and integrity - traversing the roof, crawl spaces, attics (when accessible), and all major components of the home. We provide full building inspections, WDI (wood destroying insect) inspections as well as water, mold and radon testing.
OWNER
Daniel Reemsnyder CT HOI Lic#1225 , has been doing inspections for 20+ years. He is an expert on all aspects of inspections and has extensive background in home improvement and remodeling, including new construction and renovations of older homes. The hands-on knowledge provides a level of expertise and insight that benefits clients - especially when identifying defects and potential issues that may not be obvious to the untrained eye.
